How do I apply?

Click 'Apply to Join' anywhere on this page and complete a short application form. We'll ask for your business name, category, location, a brief description, and a few photos or a portfolio link. Our editorial team reviews every application within 5–7 working days.

How much does membership cost?

There are three membership levels, and the price of each one is published on this page — you can see exactly what membership costs, and what is included at each level, before you apply. Payment terms vary by level: the entry package is payable in full on application, while the two larger packages can be paid in full, in three instalments, or by approved direct debit. Founding member benefits sit outside these packages and are not included in them.

Is every application accepted?

No. Scottish Wedding Club is a curated directory. We review the quality of your work, your professionalism, and how well you serve Scottish weddings. This selective approach is what makes membership valuable for both suppliers and couples.

Can I edit my profile?

Yes. Once approved, you receive access to your member dashboard where you can update your gallery, services, description, contact details, and social links at any time.

How do enquiries work?

Couples browse your listing and send enquiries directly through the platform. You receive them by email and can reply in a single click. The larger membership levels also carry enhanced directory placement, so your listing sits higher in its category — though membership supports your visibility rather than guaranteeing enquiries or bookings.

Can venues and suppliers both join?

Absolutely. We welcome wedding venues of every style — castles, barns, hotels, lochside estates — alongside suppliers such as photographers, florists, caterers, celebrants, transport, hair and makeup, and more.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 5–7 working days. If we need a little more information, we'll reach out directly. Once approved, you can build your listing and start receiving enquiries right away.
